Notice on Postponing the Deadline for the 2020 LIU Huixian Earthquake Engineering Scholarship Awards Application

Because of the worldwide challenges brought on by the global COVID-19 crisis, the application deadline for the Liu Huixian Earthquake Engineering Scholarship Awards in 2020 is postponed to September 30th, 2020.
